## 1. Who we are

This website (theframevault.com) and the digital products sold on it ("The Frame Vault," "we," "us," "our")

are operated by Impish Things KB, organisation number 969746-8313, registered in Sweden.

## 2. What you are buying

The Frame Vault sells digital prompt packs - collections of text-based instructions designed to generate AI images on third-party platforms including Higgsfield Soul, Grok and Seedream.

The current product range includes:

- Solène · Boudoir Edition · Volume I - fifteen prompts, delivered as a PDF
- Solène · Boudoir Edition · Volume II - twenty-five prompts, delivered as a PDF

- Solène · Boudoir Edition · Volume III - twenty-five prompts, delivered as a PDF

Each volume is delivered as a single PDF file containing the prompts, reference images, character description, personalisation guide and usage instructions.

You are buying a single-user licence to use these prompts. You are not buying ownership of the prompts themselves. The distinction matters and is set out in detail in section 5.

## 3. Eligibility

By purchasing from The Frame Vault, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age
- The content of the prompt packs (which depicts a fictional adult character in lingerie and boudoir settings) is legal to purchase, possess and use in your country of residence
- You are purchasing for your own personal use, or for use within your own creative or commercial projects subject to the licence in section 5

If any of the above is not true, you must not complete a purchase.

## 4. The product is not a real person

Solène is a fictional AI-generated character. She is not a real person, has never existed, and the images included with the prompt packs are entirely AI-generated.

You acknowledge and accept this before purchase. The Frame Vault makes no representation that any image generated using our prompts depicts, resembles or is intended to resemble any real living or deceased person.

## 5. Licence - what you can and cannot do with the prompts

When you purchase a Frame Vault prompt pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the prompts as follows.

### 5.1 You may

- Use the prompts to generate AI images for your own personal use
- Use the prompts to generate AI images for your own commercial projects, including content you publish on your own social media, website, marketing materials, and digital products
- Modify and adapt the prompts for your own creative purposes
- Substitute your own character description in place of Solène (the personalisation guide explains how)

### 5.2 You may not

- Resell, redistribute, share, gift, lend or otherwise transfer the prompt pack PDF, or any individual prompt within it, to any other person
- Publish the prompts themselves - in whole or in part, original or modified - in any public or paid-access location, including social media posts, blog posts, prompt-sharing platforms, online courses, or other digital products
- Use the prompts to create a competing prompt pack, prompt library, or any product whose primary value is the prompts themselves
- Train, fine-tune, or otherwise use the prompts as input data for any machine learning model
- Claim authorship of the prompts or represent them as your own original work

### 5.3 What this means in plain language

You can use the prompts to make as many images as you want, for almost any purpose, including selling those images. What you cannot do is take the prompts themselves and pass them on to someone else, free or paid. The images are yours. The prompts remain ours.

### 5.4 If you breach this licence

If you breach the licence terms above, your licence is automatically revoked. You must delete the PDF and any copies of the prompts immediately. We reserve the right to pursue any further remedies available to us under applicable law, including damages.

## 6. Intellectual property

All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the prompts, the Solène character description, the reference images, the PDF formatting, and the broader Frame Vault brand remain the property of Impish Things KB.

The Frame Vault™ is an unregistered trademark of Impish Things KB.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You are licensed to use the product, not to own it.

## 7. Payment, delivery and refunds

### 7.1 Payment

All payments are processed by our checkout provider in EUR. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

### 7.2 Delivery

The product PDF is delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout, immediately upon successful payment. You should also receive a confirmation email containing a download link.

If you do not receive your PDF within thirty minutes of payment, please first check your spam folder, then contact [email protected] with your order details.

### 7.3 Refunds

Solène Boudoir Prompt Packs are digital files containing intellectual property that can be copied, downloaded and used immediately upon delivery.

For this reason, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you expressly waive your right to withdraw from the contract under EU consumer law and acknowledge that no refund will be issued once the product has been delivered to your inbox.

If your file is corrupted, fails to download, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at [email protected] within seven days of purchase and we will resolve the issue at no further cost - by re-sending the correct file or, where appropriate, issuing a refund.

## 8. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the prompts, the images they generate, or anything contained in the PDF:

- To create content depicting any real, identifiable person without that person's clear consent
- To create content depicting minors in any sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate context
- To harass, defame, deceive, or impersonate any individual
- For any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction in which the content is published
- In any way that violates the terms of service of the AI platforms on which the prompts are run

You alone are responsible for the images you generate using our prompts and for ensuring your use of those images complies with applicable law.

## 9. Disclaimer

The prompts are provided on an "as is" basis. AI image generation platforms vary in their output, change their underlying models without notice, and may at any time refuse, alter, or restrict the kind of content the prompts produce.

The Frame Vault makes no guarantee that:

- The prompts will produce images identical to the reference images included in the PDF
- The prompts will continue to function on any specific AI platform indefinitely
- The output of any prompt will be free of artefacts, errors, or imperfections inherent to AI image generation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any prompt pack is limited to the amount you paid for that prompt pack.

## 10. Privacy

Our use of any personal data you provide at checkout is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

## 11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The current version is always available at theframevault.com.

## 12. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or any purchase from The Frame Vault is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
