## How delivery works

Every product sold by The Frame Vault is a digital download. Nothing physical is shipped.

The moment your payment is confirmed, two things happen:

1. You are taken to a confirmation page on theframevault.com
2. An email is sent to the address you used at checkout, with your PDF attached

The whole process takes less than a minute. There is no waiting period, no manual approval, no shipping time.

## If your file doesn't arrive

If your PDF hasn't appeared in your inbox within thirty minutes of payment, please:

1. Check your spam or junk folder. Email filters occasionally flag automated delivery messages
2. Search your inbox for "The Frame Vault" or "Solène"
3. Add [email protected] to your contacts so future emails arrive cleanly

If after all of that the file still hasn't arrived, email [email protected] with your order details and we'll resend it personally. We typically reply within one business day.

## Can I open the PDF?

The PDF is a standard file that opens on any phone, tablet, or computer using:

- The free Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Your web browser (most browsers display PDFs directly)
- The built-in Preview app on Mac
- The default PDF viewer on Windows
- Most reading apps on iPhone, iPad, and Android

## Refunds

We have to be straightforward about this part.

**Solène prompt packs are digital files containing intellectual property.** The moment they arrive in your inbox, they can be downloaded, copied, and used. There's no way to "return" a digital prompt the way you'd return a pair of shoes.

For that reason, all sales are final. Once your PDF has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand this and waive your right to withdraw under EU consumer law's standard 14-day cooling-off period - which does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, where you have agreed to that immediate delivery.

## When we will fix something

The "all sales final" rule doesn't apply if something has actually gone wrong on our end. If any of the following happens, contact us within seven days of purchase and we'll resolve it at no additional cost:

- The file you received is corrupted or won't open
- You received the wrong product
- The download link in your email doesn't work
- You were charged twice in error

In any of these situations, email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll either resend the correct file, fix the link, or - where appropriate - issue a refund. Whichever solves the problem fastest.

## Before you buy - a few things worth knowing

Because all sales are final, we want you to feel confident before you buy. Read these once and you'll know what you're getting:

**The product is exactly what's described.** A PDF containing AI image prompts. Each Frame Vault product page lists the number of prompts, the platforms they've been tested on, and what's included. Read the page before you buy.

**The prompts work on Higgsfield Soul, Grok, and Seedream.** They are not built for Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion, and we cannot guarantee how they'll behave on those platforms.

**AI generation is imperfect.** Even with carefully engineered prompts, AI platforms occasionally produce images with artefacts, weird hands, or other quirks. The reference images included in the PDF are realistic examples of what the prompts produce. Your output should look comparable, but it won't be pixel-identical.

**The character is fictional.** Solène is an entirely AI-generated character. She is not a real person.

If anything in this list raises a question for you, email [email protected] before you buy. We'd rather answer a question upfront than leave you with a product you didn't expect.
